Yes. You can start with just the POS, just a webstore, or just the mobile app, whichever suits your business today. When you are ready to expand, additional channels can be added on top of the same platform and share the same inventory, customers, and reporting. You only pay setup for the channels you take on.
Yes, if that is what you need. 360Commerce can replace your existing POS as a standalone deployment, and a webstore or mobile app can be added later on the same integrated system and shared inventory.
Most single channel deployments go live within 2 to 3 weeks of onboarding. Multi channel setups take longer, depending on the scope of customization and any additional features requested. A clear timeline is confirmed with you once the project scope is finalized.
Hardware such as tablets, POS terminals, receipt printers, cash drawers, and barcode scanners is sourced by the client. Since 360Commerce is fully cloud hosted, the platform can be accessed from virtually any internet connected device, so you are free to use the hardware you already have or procure what suits your store.
Yes. Multi location support is a core capability of the platform. Each branch has its own stock, staff access, and reporting, with full central visibility from a single dashboard. It is ideal for retail chains and franchise operations.
360Commerce can integrate with all major payment gateway providers, including leading local banks and other licensed processors, to accept Visa, Mastercard, and other card payments. Bank transfers and cash on delivery are also supported. Settlements go directly into your merchant account.
You can bring an existing domain or we can help you register a new one. Domain registration is billed separately, and DNS configuration is handled by our team at no additional charge. Cloud hosting for your webstore and platform backend is included in the subscription, so there is no separate hosting bill.
Security is applied at every layer. The application uses SSL encryption for all traffic, tokenized sessions, and hashed passwords, with sensitive fields encrypted at rest. Server level protections include firewalls, intrusion monitoring, and regular security patching. Role based staff access limits internal exposure, and automated daily backups allow a full restore with minimal disruption. Payment data is processed through certified gateways and is never stored on our servers.
